Media in Education (MIE)
The Sacramento Bee's Media in Education (MIE) program provides teachers, students and parents with innovative tools to teach and motivate students, while having fun with real life activities. Students have the opportunity to learn about the stock market, consumer math, advertising, environmental issues and much more while discovering the connection between the classroom and the real world - via the newspaper. For more information about The Bee's MIE program, click here or call Ron Brand at (916) 321-1785.California Central Valley Spelling Bee
