This contest is open to high school students in Sacramento, El Dorado and Placer counties, and the City of West Sacramento. Students submitting videos must be sponsored by a teacher (counselors, principals or youth leaders are also acceptable). For teachers to enroll, please complete this form. There is no cost. One teacher can support multiple students with one enrollment.
